About VAXX

VAXX, Inc. is an Arizona-based product-focused biotechnology company with the mission of developing new plant-produced biopharmaceuticals.

VAXX's first product in development is noroVAXX™, a human vaccine to control Norwalk virus and related noroviruses which cause gastroenteritis in over 20 million people per year in the US alone. The technology developed for the plant-produced noroVAXX™ vaccine has potential applications in numerous other preventative and therapeutic indications including cancer, HIV, hepatitis and other infectious diseases.

VAXX's business model is to develop products to the clinical proof-of-principle stage, then complete development, obtain licensure, and market its products through commercial partnerships. The company's asset base consists of technology licenses that provide it with freedom to operate. VAXX does not intend to build infrastructure. Rather, the company will use R&D proceeds derived from investors and partners to efficiently and cost-effectively manage product development programs, while retaining rights to commercialize its products through business alliances.
