VAXX's founding and management team has considerable expertise in the preclinical, manufacturing, formulation, clinical and regulatory development of biopharmaceuticals, with particular expertise and experience in plant-made pharmaceuticals (PMP), including plant-made vaccines for human and veterinary health care.  VAXX founders include:

Charles Arntzen, Ph.D. - Chairman, Scientific Advisory Board. Professor Arntzen is Regents Professor, E. Nelson Presidential Chair in the Center for Infectious Diseases & Vaccinology, The Biodesign Institute at Arizona State University

Robert Ashley - Chairman. Mr. Ashley's experience includes Amersham International, Bristol-Myers Squibb, CollaGenex Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Senior VP), and AmpliMed Corporation (President & CEO)
